The brand is one of the most valuable assets of any business. Unfortunately, many entrepreneurs struggle to protect it. We’re lawyers and tech entrepreneurs who joined forces to bring 21st-century technology to the world of Law. Our aim is to reshape brand protection and provide access to quality & affordable trademark registration services.

In 6 months, we have grown from 10 to 230+ registered trademarks per month, which ranks Trama among the top 10 providers in Europe. With the goal of becoming a preferred trademark registration service worldwide, we continuously strive to redefine the brand protection sector, offering our clients dedicated support and unparalleled service to protect their #1 asset.

At the same time, trademarks we register lead to follow up agenda due to oppositions, co-existence agreement negotiations, as well as trademark infringement cases. We are now dealing with dozens of cases and developing an international IP law practice.

Trama was born as a JV between Vacuumlabs a software development firm with over 300 engineers in 7 offices and Sparring a law firm with 20 lawyers focusing on IT & IP law servicing primarily technology companies and startups. We are looking for like-minded professionals to join our team.

Your mission

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Customer Success Specialist with a strong background in trademark law to join our team. The perfect fit for this role would be someone who is not only an outstanding communicator but also an experienced lawyer, deeply passionate about delivering top-notch legal counsel and superior customer service to clients dealing with trademark law challenges. 


The essence of this position lies in the ability to convey complex legal advice in a straightforward and understandable manner, making effective communication a cornerstone for success. The chosen candidate will engage in varied interactions across multiple platforms, ensuring that professional legal counsel is both accessible and clear to clients navigating the complexities of trademark law. Responsibilities extend to guiding clients clearly on their next steps, managing new cases efficiently, and preparing them for delivery. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to work across multiple jurisdictions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various legal environments and their impact on trademark law.

This role requires a meticulous organizer capable of handling a high volume of tasks while maintaining a pro-client approach. The successful candidate will be a great communicator, capable of explaining complex legal issues in easily understandable language, and passionate about leveraging technology to improve the legal industry.

What experience/skills will you need?

We seek a candidate with a deep passion for trademark law who possesses the following abilities:

  • Legal expertise in trademark law – a profound understanding of trademark law,  ideally across multiple jurisdictions (at least EU/UK/US)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey legal concepts to non-legal audiences
  • Love for the challenge of meeting new people and winning them over
  • Strong organizational and task management skills, with a proven ability to handle a high volume of tasks and client interactions efficiently
  • Strong commitment to client service and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a client-centric environment
  • Independence, the business-oriented mindset with the ability to take control of a situation, make decisions and anticipate obstacles
  • Enthusiasm for technology and its application in the legal industry to improve service delivery and client experiences
  • Attention to detail, strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Business-oriented mindset and eagerness for continuous learning
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • Candidate must be willing to relocacate to Bratislava Slovakia
